GLACÉAU vitaminwater has brought international photographer Russell James home to Australia to launch his self-titled art retrospective book, Russell James. As the photographer of choice for Victoria's Secret and for many leading Hollywood celebrities, Russell has filled his book with his artistic impressions of some of the most beautiful women on the planet as well as some memorable character shots and beautiful landscapes.

The hot attraction of the night was Russell Jame's muse and celebrity client, Sex & the City actress Kristin Davis, who was there to show her support.

GLACÉAU vitaminwater is showcasing Russell's stunning work in a unique pop up space located at Custom's House, Sydney. The space itself is a masterpiece - a giant inflatable cube, fitted out gallery style with a killer GLACÉAU vitaminwater bar that come night-time, transforms into the hottest and most exclusive party spot.

The space will be open to the public to view Russell's work during the day on 7 & 8 July.

My aunt once told me as a blubbering post-break-up teen that if she had her time again, she would spend zero hours of her sexy young life crying over dicks. That goes for non-romantic scenarios too. So good.

70s Freddie Mercury, 80s Arnold Schwarzenegger and 90s Will Smith. Cos as if that wouldn't rule.

Roxy & Gia: Four Hour Quickie

ROXY: I love sex and always have, but that doesn’t mean I could keep up with a regular four-hour quickie. With two kids in tow, a one-hour session is a miracle. I was exhausted hanging from the ceiling night after night. Women just don’t stop.

GIA: Coming from lesbian relationships, I was used to hours and hours of sex, no matter what time of the day and lots of it. But life is very different with kids and a girlfriend who had no sexual experience with women.

ROXY: Gia had no concept of time when it came to sex. It didn’t faze her if we started at midnight and finished at 4am. She would sleep for a few hours and go to work like it was a normal day. Meanwhile I was a 36 yr old train wreck day after day wondering where my superpowers went. 

GIA: Our sex life consisted of hours of training sessions on the art of making love to a woman. Oh yes, there is an art. I know exactly what I like and how I like it, so I wanted to ensure she picked up all the tricks of MY trade. At some point I was aiming for an orgasm. And of course, I wanted to enjoy the ride along the way. Anyone knows that when you’re starting from scratch, practice makes perfect!

Roxy & Gia: Habits Galore

ROXY: High Maintenance with a capital H. I forgot I had just fallen in love with a woman. That was until her 2-hour makeup application took over the 5-minute man session. Even worse, she took 20 minutes to apply body crème.  She called this an art.

GIA:  Clothes left scattered throughout the house.  Our kitchen was a disgrace.  Bathroom, you don’t even want to go there.  She left piles of, in her words, ‘stuff’, all throughout the house. She had the habits of a teenager and I was the complete opposite.

ROXY: If we had to leave the house by 6am she woke up at 4am without fail. Her routine was such a set-in-stone process she couldn’t possibly skip an application. God forbid she walked out the door without her eyebrows highlighted. Oh wait but the mascara. It had to be just right too. Eyelashes curled, applied with long strokes, nice and thick. I’d say, “Honey, we’re just getting the paper.” Bad move to a woman waving around her eye pencil.

GIA:  I understood that as a mother, you hardly have time to clean up after the kids let alone yourself.  But this was an entirely different situation I was dealing with.  Roxy had the organisational skills of a 15 year old, absolutely non existent. Every day our house looked like a tornado had blasted through it with clothes hanging from furniture at every angle possible. The lamp shade began wearing shoes and our bedside table became our kitchen, bathroom, garage and washing machine. Each room in our house had a shocking resemblance to the next.

The Lemon Detox Diet

After a few years of bad eating habits and a mounting stress load, the Lemon Detox became a must. I figured 7 days out of my entire year was nothing to cleanse, detoxify and renew my body. It was certainly not easy but worth every minute of the ride.

The standard 7 day cleanse involves substituting all solid foods with the Lemon Detox drink. The drink itself is a mixture of Madal Bal Natural Tree syrup, lemon juice and cayenne pepper. It actually tastes great and is incredibly satisfying. The trick is to make up a 2 litre container of the lemon mixture in the morning before you start your day so you can easily access the drinks when you need them. For the most part you'll be drinking somewhere between 6-9 glasses a day.

The last step is drinking senna tea every night before you go to bed. Followed by drinking one litre of detox salt water first thing in the morning. I'm sure you can imagine what happens. It's bombs away in the bathroom and you need at least an hour before you go to work. This step is vital during the detoxification.

What I learned:

1. It was absolutely key for me to share the pain with someone else. The fact that Gia and I did it together and almost killed each other was beside the point. We had enormous support.

2. Definitely start on a Saturday. You think Monday is easier when you're busy at work but actually having the first two days at home to get in the groove and rest if needed is way more valuable.
